To track any orders please use the link in the shipping email you received. If you haven't received an email please contact us.
International Taxes and Customs
Any international orders (orders to be delivered outside the UK) may be subject to customs charges and local taxes. These charges are not quoted at checkout and are completely out of our control. Customers are responsible for paying any such charges to the relevant authority.
Delivery Policy
Delivery shall be made to the address indicated by the buyer when making the order.
We will dispatch your order as soon as possible but please note that during promotional times, some packages may take slightly longer to deliver.
Any items lost or damaged in transit are the responsibility of our couriers. KAZ Designs Ltd will assist in all investigations should this situation arise. All claims must be submitted in writing to admin@kazdesigns.co.uk within twenty eight (28) days from the date that our couriers accepted the shipment. If the lost item is not reported within the twenty eight days, KAZ Designs are not liable to replace of refund the item. Should an item be lost in transit and proved after investigation, a replacement will be sent out - we are unable to offer direct refunds on lost items.
