To track any orders please use the link in the shipping email you received. Alternatively you can follow this link and enter the tracking information emailed to you by our courier.

Delivery Policy

Delivery shall be made to the address indicated by the buyer when making the order.

KAZ Designs Ltd will make every effort to deliver the goods as soon as possible. However, KAZ Designs Ltd will not be liable for any loss whatsoever sustained by the customer in any delay in dispatch and or delivery. The cost for delivery is shown on this website.

Any items lost or damaged in transit are the responsibility of DPD. KAZ Designs Ltd will assist in all investigations should this situation arise. All claims must be submitted in writing to admin@kazdesigns.co.uk within twenty eight (28) days from the date that DPD accepted the shipment. If the lost item is not reported within the twenty eight days, KAZ Designs are not liable to replace of refund the item. Should an item be lost in transit and proved after investigation, a replacement will be sent out - we are unable to offer direct refunds on lost items.
