This website and any information contained on it and the stated terms and conditions of use shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. The United Kingdom courts shall have exclusive ruling jurisdiction to hear any disputes concerning matters involving this website.

DELIVERY POLICY
Delivery shall be made to the address indicated by the buyer when making the order.
KAZ Designs Ltd will make every effort to deliver the goods as soon as possible. However, KAZ Designs Ltd will not be liable for any loss whatsoever sustained by the customer in any delay in dispatch and or delivery. The cost for delivery is shown on this website.
Any items lost or damaged in transit are the responsibility of our couriers. KAZ Designs Ltd will assist in all investigations should this situation arise. All claims must be submitted in writing to admin@kazdesigns.co.uk within twenty eight (28) days from the date that we accepted the shipment. If the lost item is not reported within the twenty eight days, KAZ Designs are not liable to replace of refund the item. Should an item be lost in transit and proved after investigation, a replacement will be sent out - we are unable to offer direct refunds on lost items.
Any international orders (orders to be delivered outside the UK) may be subject to customs charges and local taxes. These charges are not quoted at checkout and are completely out of our control. Customers are responsible for paying any such charges to the relevant authority.
WARRANTY
All umbrellas come with a 2 year warranty. If the umbrella is proven to be faulty within that time due to defects in workmanship or materials, we will exchange it free of charge.
Please note accidental damage and misuse of an umbrella is not covered by our warranty. Damage caused through usage, including normal wear and tear and wind damage, is not covered by our warranty. All umbrellas dispatched have gone through thorough testing and quality control.
PAYMENT
Goods belong to KAZ Designs Ltd until paid in full.
RETURNS POLICY
Damaged & Faulty Goods
All claims for shortage or damage during delivery must be made to the carrier as well as to KAZ Designs Ltd at admin@kazdesigns.co.uk within 14 days of the date of the receipt of the product. If damages are not reported within the 14 day period, KAZ Designs Ltd are not liable to replace or refund the damaged item. This only applies to goods purchased on this website.
Unwanted Goods
Any customer who wishes to cancel their order for any reason, is required to do this within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Returned products must be unused, in the original condition including labels and tickets.
Once KAZ Designs Ltd has received the returned product, the condition of the product will be reviewed to ensure that it satisfies the KAZ Design Ltd return policy and if it does, it will be approved for a refund. The refund will be for the cost of the product only, to the same credit or debit card used for the original purchase.
Please note, there will be no refund for the shipping cost for delivery or for any cost associated with returning the product back to us.
EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
We endeavour to ensure that the information on this website is correct. However, we do not guarantee the correctness or completeness of material on this website. We may make changes to the material on this website at any time and without notice. The material on this website may occasionally be out of date, or on rare occasions incorrect. All warranties, whether expressed or implied, as to the accuracy, currency, completeness, fitness for purpose or usefulness of the information contained on this website are excluded to the extent permitted by law. It is your responsibility to take precautions to ensure that whatever information you select for your use is free of items such as viruses, worms, trojan horses or other items of a destructive nature.
