About KAZbrella

What's different about the KAZbrella?

KAZbrella turns inside out, similar to how a flower opens. There are many benefits from
the reverse folding mechanism:

Dry to hold.

Opens and closes easily in confined spaces.

Avoids poking people in the eye. 

Wind resistant

What's the diference between the Compact and Compact Plus?

The difference is the size.

Compact is slightly smaller in length with a slighly smaller canopy diameter.

Length: 36cm

Open Diameter: 95cm

Weight: 330g

Compact Plus is longer with a longer handle and larger canopy diameter.

Length: 43cm

Open Diameter: 103cm

Weight: 360g

How is KAZbrella drip free?

Thanks to its patented reverse folding technology the wet side of the canopy is closed on the inside, keeping any residual water from dripping on your floor.

* To benefit from the drip free function please store or carry your KAZbrella with the tip pointed upwards.

Residual water can be dispelled at your convenience.

Is it simple to open and close?

Yes.
The KAZbrella has been designed to operate for the user in the same way as a conventional umbrella. All you need to do is open and close the KAZbrella as you would a regular umbrella.

For ease of opening, hold the KAZbrella pointed upright.

How does it perform in strong winds?

Very well. The KAZbrella has been designed with aeroelastic technology. This means that it is engineered with sliding tips to alter the shape of the frame, which limits the effect of the wind.

The design of the KAZbrella minimises the chances of it inverting in strong gusts of wind. In the unlikely event that this does happen, it can be reverted to its original shape at the push of a button, using its patented latch release system.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards.

You can also make a payment using PayPal, Apple ipay or Shop pay.

Can I amend my order?

As we make an effort to ship items as soon as possible we cannot guarantee any changes to an order.

However, if you have made a mistake it may be possible to change if we are notified within one hour of your purchase or before your item has been dispatched.

Repairs and Warranty

My KAZbrella is broken, what should I do?

We are sorry to hear there is an problem with your KAZbrella. Please email and photo or video of the broken KAZbrella with a description of the fault to support@kazdesigns.co.uk

We will review the fault and either advice on a repair or if it cannot be fixed and is still within the warranty period, we will send you a replacement.

What is your warranty policy?

All KAZbrellas come with a 2 year warranty.

If the umbrella is proven to be faulty within that time due to defects in workmanship or materials, we will exchange it.

Please note accidental damage and misuse of an umbrella is not covered by our warranty. Damage caused through usage, including wear and tear and wind damage, is not covered by our warranty. All umbrellas dispatched have gone through thorough testing and quality control.

How do I become a stockist/retailer?
