Refunds and Warranty Policy
All umbrellas come with a 2 year warranty. If the umbrella is proven to be faulty within that time due to defects in workmanship or materials, we will exchange it.
Please note accidental damage and misuse of an umbrella is not covered by our warranty. Damage caused through usage, including wear and tear and wind damage, is not covered by our warranty. All umbrellas dispatched have gone through thorough testing and quality control.
Damaged & Faulty Goods
All claims for shortage or damage during delivery must be made to the carrier as well as to KAZ Designs Ltd at email@example.com within 28 days of the date of placing your order, or 14 days from the date of receiving of the product (whichever is sooner). If damages are not reported within the 14 day period, KAZ Designs Ltd are not liable to replace or refund the damaged item. This only applies to goods purchased on this website. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Any customer who wishes to return their order for any reason, is required to do this within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Returned products must be unused, in the original condition including labels and tickets.
Once KAZ Designs Ltd has received the returned product, the condition of the product will be reviewed to ensure that it satisfies the KAZ Design Ltd return policy and if it does, it will be approved for a refund. The refund will be for the cost of the product only, to the same credit or debit card used for the original purchase.
Please note, there will be no refund for the shipping cost for delivery or for any cost associated with returning the product back to us.
